1. What we collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company) when you sign up, and usage data from the platform (traces, evaluation results, API calls). We do not sell your data to third parties.

2. How we use it

We use your data to operate the SyntropyLabs platform, improve our services, send product updates (you can opt out at any time), and provide customer support.

3. Trace data

Span data you ingest (prompts, completions, traces) is stored encrypted and is only accessible to users within your organization. We do not use your trace data to train models or share it with third parties.

4. Data retention

Trace data is retained for 90 days by default. Account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

5. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. API keys are hashed before storage. We conduct regular security reviews.

6. Your rights
