    By accessing or using SyntropyLabs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

    2. Use of the Service

    You may use SyntropyLabs for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the platform.

    3. Your data

    You own your data. By using the Service, you grant SyntropyLabs a limited license to store and process your data solely to operate the platform. We do not use your data to train models or share it with third parties.

    4. API keys and credentials

    You are responsible for keeping your subscription keys and credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

    5. Service availability

    We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

    6. Limitation of liability

    SyntropyLabs is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

    7. Changes to these terms

    We may update these Terms. We'll notify you by email or in-app notice for material changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
